Blanco brings a holistic approach to project management, drawing from extensive experience across client, consultant, and contractor roles.
In addition to his role of Managing Director at LPM Land, Blanco is also a Director at Wickton and Legacy PM. This allows Blanco to offer LPM Land clients comprehensive insights spanning the entire development spectrum, enriching projects with unparalleled expertise and vision.
Joe Orlando
Graduating from RMIT with a Degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, Joe has spent 18+ years delivering some of Melbourne’s largest land development projects.
Joe entered the land development sector with boots on the ground and an attitude to deliver a premium product. This led him from laying pipes to becoming General Manager of one of Melbourne’s top civil construction companies.
Joe has been exposed to every aspect of delivery in civil construction, meaning he has strong knowledge from planning and design, to on site cost control. This has historically provided clients comfort to achieve time sensitive compliance and settlement.
